A+O to Conduct Auction Fundraiser for TorchLight Films Latest Project

On Monday 15th of February at the Old Island Bay Film Studios at 33 Humber Street in Island Bay in Wellington, a particularly special Fundraising auction will take place. To help raise funds for Hook, Line and Sinker, the latest project following the incredibly successful Taking the Waewae Express (still above), TorchLight Films are holding a fundraiser in an endeavour to raise $30 000 to help complete the project. The event has been widely supported by the visual arts community and includes work by Gretchen Albrecht, Richard Killeen, Ralph Hotere and Warwick Freeman among many others. All the artist's involved have some connection to TorchLight film maker Andrea Bosshard who is the daughter of Patricia Bosshard, the former owner of the legendary Bosshard Galleries. To learn more or make a donation please go to: http://www.torchlightfilms.co.nz/fundraising/. It will be a fantastic evening and we look forward to seeing you there.
